Something shifts when you realize God isn’t only calling you to “try harder” but to come closer. We’re talking about Hebrew year 5787 as a window for deeper spiritual renewal, a greater measure of the glory of God, and a life that actually gets filled instead of running on fumes.
We open up 1 Samuel 11:14 where Samuel says, “Come, let us go to Gilgal and renew the kingdom there,” and we treat that line like an invitation, not a slogan. Gilgal becomes a picture of the altar, a real meeting place with God, where refreshment is not random but designed. We unpack how renewal can look like rain starting as a drizzle and turning into a downpour, and why God sometimes reveals Himself in “measures” that grow as we pursue Him.
Then we go after the deeper language behind “renew,” connecting it to the idea of sharpening a sword. That turns renewal into something practical and powerful: precision, brightness, and usefulness in the hands of God. We also explore the symbolism around the number seven, including a Hebrew letter association that looks like a sword and carries a crown, and we tie it to identity, glory, and what it means to be more than a fan of Jesus. We finish with a bold vision of Sabbath rest as a daily reality you can bring into your home, marriage, relationships, and work.
If you want more than religious talk and you’re hungry for real encounters with God’s presence, listen through and sit with it. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs renewal, and leave a review, then tell us: what does “altar time” look like in your daily life?

Man, I'm so excited because we're gonna dig in a little bit more into the Hebrew New Year 5787. That number seven, the Lord had um been teaching me something about the number seven recently and just blew my mind. I want to get into it, but I really want to stay focused. Hopefully, I can record um an encouragement to you regarding the number seven soon. Especially since we're gonna be stepping into the year 2027. Perhaps that's when God will have me to uh dig
into that for you, but it's incredibly powerful. Um but so much to be excited about, the Hebrew year 5787. I'm gonna pray and then um we'll just kind of go to the next step in what this means for us as the people of God. Lord, we're just uh in your hands. You are our dwelling place from generation to generation. We are a peculiar people. Uh there's something about us that is different, God. The kingdom of God is not like this world. There's no way we can make it that way. So I pray that we revel in the difference. I pray we revel in the unique nature of your kingdom and your ways. Your ways are the only way. Uh so here we are, Lord, just seeking your ways, pursuing your heart, desiring to be in step with you, walking uh with you, Lord Jesus, as it was said about Enoch, and that is because it pleased the Lord. We want to please you. Have your way today as you teach us your heart in Jesus' name. Amen. Hallelujah. Jesus, do this with me. I want to go to the scriptures here and um dig into the year 5787. Uh so I I almost kicked myself and I had to relent because I knew it was the Lord. You know, when I first uh released this word about this being such an incredible year of the glory of God and you having this outpouring on you during this next 12 months, uh I forgot to really show you why the Spirit of God showed me that it was such a year of glory. And I'm like, man, did I really get to the root of why this interpretation came forth? And so the Lord ministered to me and said, No, Frank, this is it was meant to be released in pieces, bite-sized pieces, easier to digest. So I'm gonna show you how cool it really is that we're in this year
5787, the year that the Lord's really inviting you beyond the veil, as if that's new. Um, but he does things in measures, and and measures can be changed over time, and there's a greater measure of God's presence for you this year when you pursue it. So let's go to the book of 1 Samuel chapter 11. We're gonna just read really um one verse, and it's verse 14. And it's it's not because we don't need context, it's because the word used here in the Hebrew is incredibly powerful and so indicative of what 5787's meaning is for us in this season. I'm gonna read this one verse of scripture. 1 Samuel 11, verse 14. Then Samuel said to the people, he said to the nation, Come, let us go to Gilgal and renew the kingdom there. Wow. This brother just said to the nation, we're gonna renew the kingdom. Who needs the kingdom renewed in their lives? Listen, the Lord lives to refresh you, he lives to fill you again and again. He he lives to bring you new wine, glory to God. He brings you things in season uh and out of season. He wants you to bring fruit, glory to God, in your season. So God has this way of renewing us. But let me tell you why this is so incredible. Gilgal was a place of worship. It was an altar. Uh-huh. So we talked about this uh when I first brought this word to light last time, that 2026 in the year 5786, uh, we knew we were connecting it to the anchor and the altar. So we're being brought back. We were being brought back to the altar as a place that is an anchor for our lives. Glory to God. This place where we meet with the Lord and angels ascend and descend. We are a vessel being poured into. Uh we are meeting with him, beholding him, uh, putting our souls in his hands again and again, that it might be a fragrance that pleases him and brings him rest. Glory to God. And so I could teach about the altar. I could teach about the glory right now, but I really just want to get into the time. We're in a time where God's gonna do it because it's his heart, it's his design, it's his ordination for this year to be a year where you experience greater measures of glory, greater measures of God's splendor, his magnificence, his excellence, his beauty being poured into you in your spirit. God is a spirit, he reveals himself by the spirit. We can see him in material things, but we receive him in our spirit, man. Glory to God. And so there is a pouring God has for you. Rain. I've been praying about rain and greater measures of rain. And if if this maybe didn't make sense before, I pray that this helps you. Just like a rainstorm can start with a drizzle or a sprinkle and then increase and then become a downpour. Even at times it can be blinding. There's so much water. That is how the glory of God can be. If you look throughout scripture, it's not that God is not present. He's present right now. As you're watching this, he's with you. But you're not weeping before the throne. Why? Because there are times when God re uh removes himself from being that close, from bringing himself in such uh measure that you can't operate. Because listen, when God truly reveals himself in such measures that are special, unfathomable, you cannot work. You cannot do the things that you need to do because he is overwhelming. His love is just that great. And so he loves us and he does so just like all parents do. He he does so from a bit of a distance. Glory to God. Uh, your mom is not always sitting with you. You're not breastfeeding right now. Glory to God. There are times and seasons where these things are required and necessary, but it's not all the time because there are other priorities and things that you need to do, depending on the day, depending on the time of day, depending on the season, depending on the year. And
it depends on your matriculation from one station in life to another. And so God knows all these things in his manifold wisdom. What am I getting at? He wants to renew the kingdom in you this year. Now, here's what's so cool that word right there for renew, all right? So we know what a kingdom is. It's a place, it's a domain that has a king. Uh-huh. So we know our king is Jesus. We know our king is the Father. We know they are uh the king, and we are in his kingdom, and we are kings and priests with him, uh-huh, seated in heavenly places. And so there's this reign, this domain, this dominion. There is this responsibility to manifest that which is like God into the earth, but he does so inside of us first, so that we can be filled and then overflow and impact our environment. And so that's God's design. So we talk about revival. Revival starts with the people of God being filled and renewed, and on purpose being made more like Jesus, who was a living example of the lavishness of the goodness, the love, and the glory of God. We are light as he is light. We reflect him, we pursue him, and then we can be as him wherever we go, making wherever we go a place that is a sweet smelling savor. But we can't do all these things just by having faith. You've got to get with him, you've got to sit at his feet, you've got to explore, you've got to have encounters, you've got to have your container open and then filled by the power and the spirit of God. And so that word for renew also can be uh interpreted as sharpening a sword. Oh my God. So we've been described in the scriptures as arrows, and now you're being described as a sword. You are a weapon in the hands of God. So when you're in his hand, and that's what he says, that we're in his hand, we're not just there to be there. We're there to be useful. We're there to do what? To bring territory into the kingdom of God that had been previously in the kingdom of darkness. And so there's a personhood to this sword. You are to be sharpened. What is something uh that is sharpened due? It shines. Glory to God. When you sharpen a sword, you're also shining that bad boy. It's not just becoming more precise, uh-huh. It's not just becoming more effective at cutting and getting to the root or getting to the inside of something and being more effective at removal, effective of decapitation. Come on, taking the head off of something that needs to die. There's also a revealing that happens. Oh my God. So God wants to sharpen you in his presence at the altar during this season of glory. He wants to renew you at the altar like Gilgal, what Samuel is talking about. He said, We're gonna go and renew the kingdom at the altar. You need an altar in your home. You need a place where you meet with the Lord, you need a time, a morning and an evening time to meet with the Lord, just to meet with him, not to ask him questions, not to want anything, but just to be with him. He's your dad. Glory to God. Jesus is your brother, the Holy Spirit is your best friend and comforter. Somebody say amen. And so there's this relationship that brings us into the um access to the glory of God. And he's gonna do that. Now, why does this sharpening the sword thing make any kind of connection with 5787? The number seven, and we've talked about this before, that numbers
have associated uh letters in ancient Hebrew. All right, by tradition, letters have an associated number. The number seven is associated with a letter, and that letter looks like a sword. I want to pull this thing up, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to. But what I will tell you is if you study this, and I'm gonna go and I'm gonna find the image, and I'm gonna try to see if I can put it up on the screen from my phone. All right. I hope this blesses you. So the number seven, okay, it looks like this. I'm I'm literally just gonna put this on the screen, okay? This is what it looks like. All right? It's called a Zyene. Uh-huh. All right. This is the letter, and it has a crown on it. So there's this thing where not only is God sharpening us in this season, He's crowning us. What we are crowned with His glory. God Almighty. There's so much to this. I could literally write a book about the year 5787. There's so much. But God wants you to have this experience for yourself. He wants you to uh have these encounters for yourself, this revelation for yourself. And and the person who um is writing about this, he talks about how it's a crowned valve, uh-huh, and that it is known as a weapon. It means weapon. The letter literally means weapon. So listen, we can make revival by saying, I'm in Christ, I believe in Jesus, we're gonna take territory for the territory for the devil, or we can submit to him, uh-huh, resist the devil, and he will flee. We can humble ourselves, be met by him, be sharpened by him, become more like him, transformed, renewed in our mind. And then because we are as he is, as a conqueror, we conquer as well. Listen, this thing has always been about relationship. Everything God does in your life is meant to bring you closer to him. One of my favorite verses talks about how if anyone's going to boast in anything, boast in this, that they understand and know me, says the Lord. It's about knowing him like Adam knew Eve. Glory to God. God is in this season inviting you to the altar to be known by him, to know him, to abide. John 17, huh? If you abide in me and my words abide in you. So at the altar, what God will do in this season, and this is what he's always done, I'm giving it language, he's going to speak into your spirit, and as he speaks into your spirit, he's bringing revelation of his love. He's bringing revelation of his faithfulness, he's bringing revelation of his goodness, he's bringing revelation of his genese
qua love for you beyond measure, beyond description. And as you receive it at the altar, like at Gilgal, you will be renewed. You will be sharpened in this season of seven, the season of the sword. Glory to God. You are a weapon in the hands of God, and he's going to renew the kingdom in you as he's sharpening you. He's going to be sharpening you as he's renewing the kingdom in you. He's doing it at the altar. This takes pursuit. It takes prioritization. It takes you adoring the Lord. It takes you putting an exclamation mark on your relationship with him. I'm not just in Christ. I'm for him. I'm all about him. I'm exceedingly pleased to be with him, and he is my everything. This is what God's doing in the body of Christ. He's making us into children who want to be with him instead of just talk about him. God has taught me recently about the difference between a fan and a follower. A lot of people are fans of Jesus wearing chains and shirts and saying stuff, but they're not following. And so they don't have a relationship with the Lord that impacts their environment. So many people are stuck because they don't know how to just sit with the Lord and let him pour into them, like sitting in a rainstorm. I prophesy into your hearing in the name of Jesus by the permission of the Holy Ghost, that in this year of 5787, beginning in the month of September on our calendar and going all the way into the month of September in 2027, you are going to sit at the feet of God. You're going to be poured on by the Spirit of the living God. He's going to pour out His His soul on you and His spirit, his mind, His desires, and His delight. The number 7, 5787. He rested on what? The seventh day. God's going to teach you the rest that is in Him. He's going to teach you the pleasure that is in Him. He's going to teach you how to be pleasing to Him. And He's going to show you that the Sabbath day is holy and we should keep it. Oh my God. Some people are going to have Sabbath days like they ain't never had in their whole life.
And you're going to have it on a Monday. Oh my God. So I don't even have time to teach this. You're going to be having a Sabbath day on a Thursday. Glory to God. Because you're going to learn that when that veil was torn, when Jesus said it is finished, you were invited into a Sabbath day seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and you can bring Sabbath into your home. You can bring Sabbath into your marriage. You can bring Sabbath into your relationships. You can bring Sabbath into your church, into your house, into your job. God wants to do it by you going into his presence and letting him renew the kingdom in you. Let him crown you with glory. The Bible says he glorifies us. Oh my God. You're a chip off the old block. He says he made you in his image. What does that mean? Not just uh being uh whatever your name is, Jacob. No, he's saying you're like me. You're a spiritual person, just as much as you're a person of flesh, and you are to reveal my glory wherever you go. But first I need to crown you with it. I need to renew it in you daily. Glory to God. Because we leak these things throughout the day. We need renewal.
We need more. We need a refreshing daily. Glory to God. And so go to the well again. Go to the well over and over. And may the Lord this year bless you with his glory. This is the word of the Lord to you in this 5787 Hebrew year. I pray you receive it. I pray you receive the sharpening of the Lord. I pray you gleam and shine and reveal his light and his presence in your space as you are renewed in him. I pray the blessing of the Lord on you in the name of Jesus. Until next time, we'll see you. Bye-bye.
